Welcome to Sigil & Seal! A whimsical witchy mail club tucked deep within the forests of Fearn Hollow, where candlelight flickers through the trees and magic lingers in every letter sent.

Run by me Willow Thorne alongside my curious companions Toothless the frog, Jeoffery the fox, Pinky the butterfly, and Ragnar the crow, this little coven was created for those who long for more wonder, ritual, and enchantment in their everyday lives.

Each month, on the 16th, enchanted letters are carefully sealed and sent from Fearn Hollow to witches and dreamers around the world. Sign-ups close on the 15th, before the post owl takes flight and the next round of magic begins.

How Do I Sign Up?

Sign-ups for each month’s enchanted post open on the 17th of the previous month and close on the 15th of the current month.

To join the coven, simply add the subscription or one time purchase above to your basket and check out 🔮📬

Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled by you at any time.
When Do You Ship?

📬 Shipping Information ✨

No matter when you place your order, all monthly subscriptions are shipped from Fearn Hollow after sign-ups close on the 15th of each month.

For example, July's witchy post will begin shipping from the 16th of July, and UK orders should arrive before the end of the month 🌙

All UK orders are sent via Second Class delivery unless.

International orders are sent using standard shipping. Standard international delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks, so your enchanted post may arrive towards the end of the month depending on your location 🔮
Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! You can absolutely join the Sigil & Seal Mail Club from outside the UK 🔮📬

Please note that international orders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged by your country or courier before your parcel can be delivered.

These fees are collected upon arrival and are not included in your order total or collected by Sigil & Seal.
How Do I Unsubscribe?

🌙 Cancelling Your Subscription ✨

We’ll be sad to see you leave the coven, but you can cancel or pause your Sigil & Seal subscription at any time. Cancelations need to be made before the 10th of each month or you automatically get the next months letter. 🔮

Managing your subscription is simple and can be done whenever you like between payments.

To make changes, head to your account page using the person icon — located in the top bar on desktop and tablet, or at the bottom of the menu on mobile.

From there, select “Subscriptions” and choose your Sigil & Seal subscription to view all available options, including pausing or cancelling your membership.
