Refunds and Returns Policy
Effective date: 24 May 2026
- All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalised nature of each Mail Club mail-out, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.
- Order accuracy. Please ensure all personalisation details, shipping information, and selections are correct at the time of purchase. We create each item by hand cut and designed.
- incorrect items. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will assess on a case-by-case basis and, where verified, arrange a replacement of the same personalised item. Replacements are provided at our discretion and do not constitute a refund.
- Non-delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with your household and local carrier first. We are not responsible for items lost during delivery.
- Customs, duties, and shipping. Shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are non-refundable and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Contact. For order issues, get in contact with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
